1. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
1.1 Cancellation of an order
PTo cancel an order please email us or call us toll-free at 1-800-576-7677. If your order has already been sent, you will have to wait to receive it, then call us and ask for a return authorization number. Finally, you can return the product(s) with the return slip.
1.2 Return of Goods
The hair care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except in case of error on our part in your order. If so, please send us an email at email@example.com within 30 days of your order with a picture of the product and your contact information (full name and phone number). A member of our customer service will call you back as soon as possible to validate your request and refund or replace the incorrect product(s).
1.3 Exclusive Sale to Individuals
Through its online store, Studio Ross Inc. sells its products only to individuals. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect that the products will be intended for resale.

The price of products on the online store may differ from the price of products in store.

Studio Ross Inc. does not guarantee the availability of the products offered. If we cannot deliver any of the products ordered because of a shortage of stock, we will notify you by email by offering the following options:
- Maintain the order and receive it when the product(s) will be available;
- Cancel the order and refund the unavailable products.
Studio Ross Inc. will in no way be held responsible for any damage suffered due to a shortage of stock.

Studio Ross Inc. reserves the right to verify, with the institutions entitled to provide this information, the validity of any credit card that could potentially be fraudulent before approving a transaction and dispatching an order. 7. DELIVERY POLICY
All our parcels are delivered by Canada Post. The tracking number will be sent to you by email following the shipment of your package. The maximum weight per order is 10 kg. If you exceed this weight, an error message will be displayed when adding a product.
Note that the signature is systemically requested during the winter period.
7.1 Fees and delivery times
Delivery is free for any purchase of $75 or more before taxes. The delivery time can be relative according to the availability of the products ordered. If there is inventory variance in these, the customer service representative will contact you and see with you which alternative you prefer for the concerned product(s).
7.2 Frozen Products
Depending on the nature of the product, we try to ship products under a non-freezing climate. We will contact you as soon as possible by email or phone to suggest possible alternatives to meet delivery deadlines.
7.3 Damaged Items During Transportation
Studio Ross Inc. ensure that the items are shipped in a proper sale condition and that they are properly packaged to prevent breakage during shipping. We will then evaluate the possible solutions.
7.4 Lost Parcels
If your package seems lost, please email us at email@example.com or call us toll-free at 1-800-576-7677 from Monday through Friday between 9 am to 5 pm to let us know. We will be able to follow up on the matter with Canada Post. A service ticket will be opened and an inquiry of up to 5 business days will be made. If the parcel is officially declared lost, your order will be sent again with no additional cost. You will be informed through the process.
